The outbreak happened a while ago, but it’s always a good idea to be thorough. Here are some of the sanitization methods at our own facilities. Check them in your own kitchen just to make sure!
- Source & store meticulously.
- Properly wash your hands before handling anything.
- Wear personal protective equipment when appropriate.
- Sanitize surfaces and equipment regularly.
- Always heat cooked food to appropriate degrees.
- Dispose of waste carefully and efficiently.
- Know Alberta Health Services guidelines by heart. (Alberta Health Services logo is present)
